Refund & Return Policy
At Doggy Dhaba, customer satisfaction and pet
well-being are our highest priorities. We strive
to deliver fresh, healthy and high-quality products.

1. Fresh Food Products
Since our dog meals and food products are
freshly prepared and perishable in nature,
returns are generally not accepted once the
product has been delivered.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect
product, please notify us within 24 hours of
delivery along with supporting photographs.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests may be considered under the
following circumstances:
- Wrong Product Delivered
- Damaged Product Received
- Incomplete Order Delivered
- Order Not Delivered
- Duplicate Payment Made
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be approved in the
following situations:
- Change of Mind After Purchase
- Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
- Product Rejected at Delivery
- Delay Caused by Customer Unavailability
5. Refund Process
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved,
the refund will be initiated through the original
payment method used during checkout.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within
5 to 7 business days. Actual credit timing may
depend upon your bank or payment provider.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been processed or shipped,
cancellation requests may not be accepted.
