Refund & Return Policy

1. Fresh Food Products

Since our dog meals and food products are freshly prepared and perishable in nature, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting photographs.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment Made

4. Non-Refundable Situations
